How is your network different from other providers networks?

We don't resell connectivity like other providers. We buy Layer 2 circuits from wholesale providers and terminate them in our two datacentres in London Docklands — the internet heart of the UK. This gives us full control over how your traffic reaches the internet.

That means no throttling, no deprioritisation, and no relying on someone else's network.

We're obsessed with high-performance, low-latency, ultra-reliable connectivity, and we've built our Docklands infrastructure to deliver exactly that. No compromises. No slowdowns. No excuses.

What does the order process look like?

The order process is as follows:undefinednbsp;

1. You place your broadband order.

2. We run pre-order checks to confirm your chosen technology is available at your address.

3. Assuming all looks good, we place the order with the carrier (CityFibre, Openreach, etc.) and confirm your installation date.

4. Around a week before installation, we'll ship your router and any Wi-Fi mesh nodes you've ordered.

5. On installation day, an engineer will visit your premises. If needed, they'll drill a small hole in an external wall to run the fibre through. They'll then connect your router, verify everything's working, and hand over a live connection.

6. You're online — that's it!

Can I move from my current provider?

Yes, and we'll make it easy. During our pre-order checks, we'll identify any existing connections at your address. If there's an active service, we'll contact you to agree on the best way forward.

In most cases, we'll provide you with a migration date — just plug our router in on the day and you're good to go.

Realised you're still in contract? Don't worry — we can cancel your order with no fuss.

I can't get FTTP, what can I do?

Waiting for Fibre To The Premises can be frustrating, especially if you're stuck on the older copper network. But we can help.

We use specialist hardware from Peplink to bond multiple slower connections (SoGEA/SoGFAST) into one. This technology combines up to 8 copper lines into a single connection with the aggregate bandwidth of all of them.

We've used this to take a customer from 50Mbps down / 7Mbps up to 190Mbps down / 25Mbps up — using just 4 bonded connections.

What about DDoS attacks?

Unlike other providers, our network has DDoS protection built in. Our priority is to keep your service online — no matter what.

Our network is built for extreme performance, and our DDoS scrubbing systems take advantage of that to remove malicious packets before they hit your premises.

If you're targeted, we'll be in touch to discuss next steps. Occasional attacks are part of life online, but if you're being targeted regularly, we may need to discuss additional mitigation options.
